Special Dialogue between Two Creators of Traditional Art and Crafts Representing Japan at Social Good Meetup
On August 29 the PEX Corporate Citizenship Department held a special dialogue with guests Kunihiko Moriguchi and Tanabe Chikuunsai IV at Social Good Meetup(open learning lectures for employees), both living national treasures and official members of the Japan Kogei Association. The dialogue was attended by 196 employees online. During the dialogue the two guests described to the employees their thoughts on conserving tradition and their readiness and ideas to take on new challenges to achieve that goal. The aim was to give employees hints they can put to use in their own work and everyday lives. In the questionnaire afterward 93% of the audience said they were satisfied with the dialogue.
