Panasonic Beauty's Support for Activities to Protect Marine Richness
Panasonic Beauty is committed to creating environmentally friendly products
On February 19, the certified NPO Earthwatch Japan, the NPO Arakawa River Clean-aid Forum, the Nature Conservation Society of Japan, Panasonic Corporation's Beauty & Personal Care Business Division, and Panasonic Group's Corporate Citizenship Division held a joint report meeting on activities to protect life below water for FY2024.

In addition to creating environmentally friendly products, the Beauty & Personal Care Business Division has been donating a portion of the sales of the Hair Dryer EH-NA0J to environmental protection organizations since September 2023.
In 2024, a total of 10 million yen was donated to the three organizations mentioned above for activities to protect life below water such as reducing marine plastic waste.
At the report meeting, each organization reported on the use of the donated funds, and the business division also introduced its efforts to create environmentally friendly products. Additionally, the meeting reviewed river cleanup activities and lectures for employees conducted in collaboration with the group's Corporate Citizenship Division, leading to the consideration of future measures.
