Brazil: Gifts for Children Living in Shelters

At Panasonic Brazil's Extrema factory, an employee-led initiative was organized to deliver gifts to 79 children living at the city's temporary shelter, Lar São Francisco.
A total of 92 employees participated in the project.
To prepare for the gifts, representatives from the Extrema factory coordinated with the shelter's manager and invited the children to write letters describing their wishes. With each child's letter in hand, employees thoughtfully selected gifts tailored to each child.
All gifts were donated by employees. In December 2025, a group of representatives visited the shelter and personally delivered the gifts to each child.

One participating employee commented, "It was a meaningful initiative that focused on the children." Through this effort, employees were reminded of the importance of caring for people and strengthened their connection with the local community.
