Panasonic NPO/NGO Support Fund for SDGs - 2026 Grant Recipients Announced
On December 16, Panasonic Holdings announced the grant recipients of the "Panasonic NPO/NGO Support Fund for SDGs" for 2026. A total of 16 organizations were selected for funding, with a total grant amount of 26.5 million yen.
This fund supports NPOs and NGOs working to solve global social issues such as ending poverty, by strengthening the organizational foundations that enable them to drive sustainable social change. The program is divided into "Overseas Grant" and "Domestic Grant." This year, out of 64 applicants, 7 overseas and 9 domestic organizations were selected for grants. Since the program's launch in 2001, cumulative support has reached 506 organizations, totaling 668.51 million yen.

On January 27, 2026, a grant award ceremony will be held at the Panasonic Tokyo Shiodome Building, along with an organizational development forum co-hosted by the Japan NPO Center and Panasonic Holdings titled "Considering Diverse Roles and Management Approaches in Organizations." We will continue to support NPOs and NGOs that play a vital role in society, with the aim of promoting civic engagement and accelerating solutions to social issues.
