On Saturday, October 25, the Kid Witness News (KWN) Global Summit 2025 was held. KWN is an educational support program implemented globally by the Panasonic Group, aimed at developing children's creativity and communication skills through video production. This year, Japan served as the key station, connecting venues in Brazil, Cambodia, China, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, the United States, and Vietnam via the internet. In total, approximately 150 students and stakeholders from 21 schools across 10 countries participated in the Global Summit.

The summit began with a video message from Ms. Kitagawa, Director in charge of Corporate Citizenship Activities at Panasonic Holdings Corporation. This was followed by introductions of the participating countries and an international exchange workshop, where children experienced firsthand that "the world is one" and that "people can connect regardless of distance."
