Under the club's mission, "ALWAYS TO THE TOP, ALL WAYS TOGETHER," OSAKA BLUTEON actively engages in a variety of initiatives that go beyond sports, aiming to revitalize local communities and address social issues through its "BLUE* ACTION" program. Here are some of the key activities:
*"BLUE" is the club color of OSAKA BLUTEON and an acronym representing the four values the club strives to provide: BRAVE, LEADING, UNITED, ENERGETIC.
Children's Engagement Project "Fureai Business" - Volleyball Clinics
Focusing on their hometowns such as Hirakata and Moriguchi in Osaka Prefecture, club players and staff visit childcare centers, kindergartens, elementary schools and junior high schools to hold volleyball clinics, sharing the joy of sports with local children. In the 2025 season, clinics were held from June to July at 41 locations, with a total of 2,291 children participating.

Tournaments for Elementary and Junior High Students - Nurturing the Next Generation
By hosting tournaments for elementary and junior high school students, the club fosters youth development and promotes volleyball. On June 14 and 15, the "17th OSAKA BLUTEON Cup" was held for junior high students at Panasonic Arena and Nagisa Civic Gymnasium in Hirakata City.
18 teams and about 300 participants competed in exciting matches, with the OSAKA BLUTEON U15 team winning its third title in two tournaments. The event also featured skill instruction from top-team players, providing valuable experiences for the children.

Exchange with Katano Girls' Academy - Building Character Through Sports Engagement
Katano Girls' Academy in Katano City, Osaka Prefecture, is a Ministry of Justice facility that provides education and support to girls aged roughly 14 to 20 who have been placed under protective custody by family courts.
In May, academy coaches participated in physical education activities, and in June, the club joined an in-house volleyball tournament, where player Kenyu Nakamoto gave a demonstration and exhibition match to share the excitement of sports. Nakamoto also delivered a message on the importance of teamwork.

These initiatives embody the club's commitment to working hand-in-hand with the community, creating community-rooted value through each activity. Additionally, the club collaborates with local fire departments and undertakes environmental initiatives such as setting up clean stations at home games.
OSAKA BLUTEON remains dedicated to harnessing the power of sports to build a better future together with community members.
