Indonesia:Panasonic-GOBEL Commemorates May Day 2025 Through Meaningful Action and Collective Spirit

May Day is globally recognized as a celebration of the labour movement. However, at Panasonic-GOBEL Companies in Indonesia, we commemorate it in our own meaningful way - not only by honouring the spirit of labour, but also by giving back to society and the environment.
This year, the Panasonic-GOBEL Group celebrated International Labour Day (May Day) with a series of inspiring initiatives that reflected our commitment to sustainability, solidarity, and empowerment. Organized in collaboration with the Federation of Panasonic-GOBEL Workers Union (FSPPG - KSARBUMUSI), these activities engaged all Panasonic-GOBEL entities across Indonesia.
May Day 2025 carried the national theme promoted by the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia: "May Day is Collaboration Day." This spirit of collaboration was reflected in all Panasonic-GOBEL initiatives, highlighting the synergy among workers, management, communities, and government institutions.
"I really support this event, May Day should not only be a celebration, but a platform to show how companies and workers can grow together through meaningful contributions. The positive energy and social impact generated through these initiatives must be amplified in society, because when we care for our people and environment, we build a stronger future for all." stated by Masayuki Sasage, President Director of PT Panasonic Gobel Indonesia and PT Panasonic Manufacturing Indonesia.
May Day is a reminder that every worker plays an important role in shaping the future. A company that grows is one that recognizes, appreciates, and grows together with its workers.
