Singapore: PIDSG Supports Local Children's Home

Employees of Panasonic Industrial Devices Singapore (PIDSG) visited a children's home run in Singapore by the NPO PERTAPIS on December 18, 2024. They donated school bags, water bottles, and snack goodie bags etc.. The visit was part of PIDSG's corporate citizenship activities. Seven employees took part to give presents to 42 children.

PERTAPIS is a foundation that was established in 1969 to provide facilities and supplies to individuals and families in need, and to conduct skills and knowledge education to youth and adults.
These efforts have played a key role in social welfare in Singapore over many years, providing support to many individuals and families. The donations this time were made at the request of the representatives of the PERTAPIS Children's Home.
Irene Chua, HR Director of PIDSG, was present at the donation ceremony to give a speech to the children, and the employees spent time interacting with the kids.
PIDSG will continue to strive to contribute to the local community through similar activities with social significance such as this one.
