1. It is enabled by using MAC learning function.
MAC learning function is a function to enable/disable MAC address auto-learning function.
By disabling automatic learning, it can allow only statically registered MAC addresses to communicate.

2. It is enabled by using MAC-based individual authentication and the registered MAC address forced authentication function, which are provided by the 802.1x function.
For registered MAC addresses, communication is allowed without authentication. For unregistered MAC addresses, communication is not allowed until authentication is completed successfully.
