Panasonic faced off against the Asone Black Eagles last Sunday at Oji Stadium.
There was rain throughout the duration of the game, but Panasonic was able to prevail with 40-0 win.
Panasonic's run game was a staple in the offense, as three different running backs scored.
Panasonic started the game with a 68 yard run from RB Benjamin Dupree.
There was also a 3 yard run for touchdown by RB Shunichi Iwata.

The second quarter was Panasonic scored 17 points by way of pass, run, and field goal.
The rookie QB Takuya Ishiuchi, completed a 27 yard pass to TE Shohei Kishimoto to start the second quarter.
Following that score, RB Hayato Araki scored on a 1 yard touchdown. K Eita Saeki showed his powerful leg on a 51 yard field goal.

The third quarter was uneventful for both teams as no team would score.
The scoring picked back up in the 4th quarter with a 5 yard touchdown run by RB Hayato ArakI.
The last score was a 38 yard field goal from K Eita Saeki.
By the end of the game, Panasonic had a total offense of 344 yards and the defense had 1 interception.

Panasonic will play the Fujitsu Frontiers October 1st at Expo stadium at 14:10 (2:10pm).
This will be the most anticipated game of the year so far. This game will be a rematch of last year's X League Championship game.
