6.5.2016 Panasonic IMPULSE vs Ritsumeikan PANTHERS - Game Review

The Panasonic Impulse finished the spring season a perfect 3-0 as they defeated the Ritsumeikan Panthers.
Panasonic started the game with a 2 yards touchdown run by the elusive RB #3 Benjamin Dupree(#3).

This wouldn’t be the last of Dupree, as he finds the end zone three more times later in the game, including a 52 yards touchdown run.
The Panthers answered back with a 5 yards touchdown pass in the second quarter. However, the Panthers extra point field goal was blocked by the sheer force of DL #98 Makoto Kajiwara.
This would leave the game score 30 - 6 at the halftime in favor of the Panasonic Impulse.

The third quarter would prove uneventful for both teams, as no team would score points this quarter. In the fourth quarter on the other hand, showed action by both teams.
The Panthers would find the end zone by way of a 1 yard touchdown run.
The Panthers would also score two more points on the two point conversion.
But this would be the last points for the Panthers as the Impulse would hold them to 14 points.
The Impulse however, scored ten more points in the fourth quarter. A 4 yards rush from QB #18 Takashi Ohara and a 29 yards field goal from K #16 Shintaro Saeki.

The final score of the 2016 Kobe Bowl would be Panasonic Impulse overpowering the Ritsumeikan Panthers 40-14.
