Is the replacement new?

A new (unused) product would be sent out as a replacement.
The replacement will be the same model or equivalent.

Do you ever fix a faulty switching hub and use it as a replacement?

We will never fix a faulty product to use as a replacement. All replacements are new (unused).

Which document or information is required to request a replacement?

Please inform the retailer of contract serial number of the faulty product.
