Panasonic Comments on Media Reports about the Consolidation of Group Businesses into Panasonic
On October 23, the morning edition of the Nikkei and other leading Japanese newspapers reported on the Panasonic Group's business reorganization. Panasonic issued the following statement about this report. "Panasonic hasn't disclosed any information related to the content of the article. We will explain the progress of the business reorganization that is now under discussion when the company announces its consolidated financial results for the second quarter of fiscal 2011 on October 29."
