s were donated to the Secaucus, New Jersey Police Department PBA who then distributed the toys to local hospitals and not-for-profit organizations in the area. In addition, Corporate Outreach also donated toys and Panasonic product to the Newark Renaissance House (NRH) – a not-for-profit agency that operates residential, outpatient and infant mental health programs that address the needs of families affected by alcohol and substance abuse. Panasonic hosted 19 children ages newborn to 9 years old and their mothers so they could meet Santa Clause (whose visit was coordinated by the Secaucus Police PBA), open gifts and enjoy a delicious holiday lunch.
In the weeks leading up to this event, Secaucus employees made personal donations of toys valued at over $2,000 (USD). In addition, Panasonic Solutions Company asked each employee attending their holiday party to bring a toy which resulted in an overwhelming number of toys this year, and the son of one employee caught the Panasonic spirit of giving and donated three bags of toys to the cause.
